Delivery Information

Delivery inside Dhaka and payment?

We deliver our orders inside Dhaka city area through Pathao courier service. You will receive it within 24-48 hours. You can advise the delivery person of your convenient time when contacted about the delivery.

The following payment methods are available at Gootipa:

Delivery outside Dhaka and payment?

We deliver our products outside Dhaka city area through Pathao or Sundarban courier, within 48-72 hours. We are able to deliver to your doorstep in some areas across country where we are able to commission Pathao. However, if we deliver through Sundarban courier service you may be advised to collect your parcel from the local counter office of the Sundarban courier.

Delivery charge regular?

Regular delivery charge: Inside Dhaka Tk 80 and outside Dhaka Tk 150.

Delivery charge for heavy parcels?

The delivery charge may go higher than the regular charge in case of a heavy weight or a large volume parcel.

Delivery charge for urgent/express service

We have a provision to provide you express delivery service by Pathao parcel service. Please note that the cost is subject to the estimation made by the service provider. Our express delivery charge is BDT 150 in Dhaka City only.
